Sales & Account Representative Job

Job Expectations
• Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts from leads, referrals, and other ways. Introduce self via email and request for appointment to call. Send and follow-up customer satisfaction survey for new customers

• Focus on sales efforts by studying existing and potential frequency of orders/seasonality of requirement and ongoing communication and multiple touch points with customers.

• Encourage customers to submit orders by walking them through our online order placement system.

• Keep Sales Manager informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual sales analyses.

• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.

• Recommends changes in price and turn around packages, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.

• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

• Proficient in using and managing online CRM System for Sales and Account Management activities.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills/Qualifications –Experience in selling to Educational Institutions, Students and Professors. Experience in selling Online Services. Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales.

Position Type –Commission Based – 10% Commission on Revenue for 12 Months
