General Questions

How do I pick/receive the files from the Marketplace?
Click on Marketplace form your left navigation. You will see a display of available jobs within the Marketplace. Select the job(s), click on ‘Pick Job’ from the bottom. And select the job(s) again and click on ‘Confirm’ to confirm your job(s) pickup.

How do I start Transcribing my Jobs?
Click on Dashboard. Click on Under Transcribing. All your jobs will be displayed here. Click on Edit link, which will take you to Job Details screen where you can download/listen to your audio/video file.

How do I upload a completed transcript?
Click on Dashboard. Click on Under Transcribing. All your jobs will be displayed here. Click on Edit link, which will take you to Job Details screen. You can upload the completed transcript via the Upload Transcript link towards the bottom of the display.

Note: The transcript document name should match the audio/video file name or in case of audio/video URL, the transcript document name should be Jobid.

Change the Status at the top to Completed. Add in any comments if you need to pass on any to the QC or Admin on the audio/video or transcript. Finally, Click on Save. This will upload your transcript to the system.

How do I reject a file, if I am unable to transcribe?
Click on Dashboard. Click on Under Transcribing. All your jobs will be displayed here. Click on Edit link of a job. Change the Status at the top to reject and add your comments which mandatory and click on Save. This job will be moved to your reject list.

What have to be done if I am not able to attach the document?
Please attach the transcript and email to transcriber@transcriptionhub.com along with the JobID

How do I contact Marketplace Admin for questions?
Please email transcriber@transcriptionhub.com if you have questions around the Marketplace usage, etc.

Payment Questions

Can I track my payment?
Yes, you can track your payment details.

How do I track my payment?
To track your payments:

a. Log into your account on www.transcriptionhub.com
b. Go to the Dashboard. You will find Payment Summary with four different options, i.e, Payment Processing, Payment Approved, Payment Completed, and Payment Declined.

What does Payment Processing Status means?
Payment Processing allows you to filter and display the files you have transcribed in a billing cycle for which you are yet to receive the payment.

What does Payment Approved Status means?
Payment Approved allows you to filter and display the files in a billing cycle for which payment has been approved.

What does Payment Completed Status means?
Payment Completed allows you to filter and display the files in a billing cycle for which payment has been made to you.

What does Payment Declined Status means?
Payment Declined allows you to filter and display the files in a billing cycle which have been rejected and therefore payment will not be made for the same.
