Who will transcribe the audio or video and what are the processes involved?

All transcription work is carried out by intelligent human resource and NOT by automated transcription software.

We follow the 3 Step Quality Process in Transcription
1. Your work will be done by our experienced Transcribers, who have acquired commendable skills in hearing accents of various nationalities and converting them into documents. The Transcriber will be supported by online dictionaries and Web search engines to find relevant technical words.
2. The transcripts will be edited by our editor who has excellent English skills added to the transcription skills.
3. The document will be reviewed by a third level QC before the transcript is delivery.
